We take online safety very seriously, following the standards set in the Child Online Privacy and Protection Act (COPPA). We make every effort to safeguard our members and ensure they engage online in a positive and respectful manner. Our products use filters to block bad language, negative comments, or sharing of personal information and we do not collect unnecessary information from a member. All content on the I CAN App is moderated by a member of our safety team before being posted live.
In simple terms, we only honour activity that promotes the I CAN spirit – positivity that generates change.

All content posted on the I CAN App must be within the them of creating a positive social or personal impact. For our members, our rules are simple:
- Don’t share your full name, address or phone number
- Be nice and respect others
- Don’t be rude or use inappropriate language
- Keep your message in the spirit of the I CAN App
Collection of Information
We never collect unnecessary information from a child or member. This includes personal identifiable information such as real full name, address, geo-location and phone number. Personal information is never sold or rented to anyone, including marketers or advertisers.
